We are happy to refund or exchange all unused, non-personalised items for up to 2 months after receipt. If the period of time is longer please get in touch and we will help if we can.
Sending an item back to us
It is always worth making us aware you are sending an item back. In the return parcel please enclose a note specifying your request, name and contact details, and where you would like the item sent, it can be a new address if more convenient..
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on personalised items.
We will always offer a repair or full refund on items we have sent out that are faulty. Please get in touch before sending the item back as often a photo will suffice and you will not need to return the faulty item.
Please do not send faulty items back by Royal Mail Special Delivery, we are happy to advise on mailing options and may be able to email a pre-paid label to you. If items are sent back by Special Delivery or an express service we will refund the cost of returning the item to us and not the Express part of that payment. For example refunding the cost of sending a parcel by first class post rather than the full cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If you do send the parcel back please include a note specifying the issue, order details, name and contact information.
