Returns and refunds online
We are happy to offer a full refund on any goods sold online. Goods must be returned within 10 days of their receipt in the condition they were received in. If goods are being returned it is always helpful to send us an e-mail or call us so that we can look out for them in the post. If you have had goods for longer than 10 days and would like to return them please get in touch as that may well be possible.

If a product is faulty please get in touch at any time. We will be happy to remedy the situation by offering a full or partial refund, exchange, or repair depending on the problem.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage on goods sold online and posted outside the UK.

Stabo is a small company which hand makes items consequently there will be some variation across the products. So, for example, an image of a wallet online may be slightly different from the wallet sent out the print position may vary or there may be some other difference.

Returns and refunds from a stall
We do not offer a full refund service but are happy for customers to exchange items and can offer credit notes. We may be able to provide a full refund for an item if this is discussed in advance of purchase.

If you would like to exchange a product or have a problem it may be worth getting in touch with us before arriving at the stall so that we can put alternatives aside for you.
