A three layer waterproof jacket (similar to goretex) recycled from army bivouac sacks.
Bivouac sacks are individual overnight shelters worn around a sleeping bag to provide a
barrier from the elements. Made from a three layer, waterproof, breathable fabric
we were keen to use this fantastic recycled material for a jacket.
Our design is as simple as possible to create a great looking,
waterproof, technical jacket.
Features include; -a large unfussy hood -good arm and body length -OS map sized chest pockets accessible on the move and with a rucksack
-splash proof zips
-lining free giving a cleaner finish and smaller pack down size.
As the jackets are made from recycled materials in the UK they are low impact environmentally.
This also means that each jacket is individual, colours will vary and the jacket may have marks from
its previous use but we think this just adds to the character.
