Extra Postage Charges
A few of our products are above averagely heavier and we have to ask for additional postage charges, these will be detailed on the product page at point of sale.
Delivery times
We endeavour to post items within a few working days of receiving the order, at certain times it can take longer. Please feel free to call us or e-mail for a report on the progress of your order.
Orders are typically sent out by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded (Signed for) Delivery. For larger orders we may use a Courier or Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
Christmas Delivery
We aim to post items out on the same or next day in December and will contact you if there are any problems so please check your e-mail.
Next day delivery
For an extra £4 we may be able to send items by a Special Delivery next day service. Please call us to arrange this service.
